Sad Day

It seems as though the compliance guy where I am working this summer has decided to change the rules regarding the interns. As a result, for all intents and purposes, I’m no longer allowed to invest my money in securities that are no open-ended mutual funds. What does that mean for TheCuriousInvestor?

It’s a bit sad for me to have to do this and I do hope that, come fall, I’ll be back at the investing. Maybe it’s good to get a break as it seems Portfolio A’s strategy needs to be reworked in the current more volatile market. I will continue to write on investing principles and continue to try to learn more and more about investing as this is something my boss was very enthusiastic when I signed on and thus far I have not heard that that part of TheCuriousInvestor is inappropriate.
