I feel like I should get back to doing some of my weekend diversion posts. It’s been a while since I’ve highlighted a website, but I’ve recently become more active in the investment blogging community and have since found a great site. It’s called The Mad Money Analyst, but don’t confuse it for a blog following the insufferable Jim Cramer. I think what he means by the title is that he is a mad, money analyst. Eitherway, the Mad Money Analyst is a veritable tome of investing tutorials ranging from options to personal finance to basic stock tips and analysis. It’s probably one of the more informative all round investing websites that I’ve been to and the author is always adding new posts. The design is a bit off putting, but there are handy navigation links up top and the best way to surf the site is probably through the Table of Contents. The author is certified with his Series 6 and Series 73, so he’s a rather qualified professional investor and the posts are detailed and informative. As an added bonus, the site features a Job Board for those looking to get into a profession in the financial industry.
